By MRT: the Downtown Line runs there direct
From Changi Airport ride two stops to Expo and change onto the Downtown Line (DTL), which goes straight to Little India (DT12) — steps from Tekka Centre and Serangoon Road. One change, about S$2, and around 45–55 minutes.
Little India also sits on the North East Line (NE7), so if your hotel is nearer that end you can instead change at Outram Park onto the NEL. Both lines meet at the same interchange.

By road Little India is about 20–25 minutes from Changi for roughly S$25–45 on the meter, before the S$6–8 airport surcharge. Serangoon Road is busy day and night, so allow a little extra during evening festival periods such as Deepavali.
