By MRT: one change to Raffles Place

From Changi Airport ride to Tanah Merah and change onto the East–West Line towards Tuas. Stay on it through the city to Raffles Place (EW14), the heart of the CBD and a short walk from Marina Bay and the river. It is the simplest rail route of any city-centre destination — a single change and no line-hopping.

For the northern edge of the business district, City Hall (one stop before Raffles Place) puts you near Marina Square and the Padang. A single fare is about S$2 tapped with a contactless card.

Taxi and Grab for early meetings

By expressway the CBD is only about 20–25 minutes from Changi outside rush hour, typically S$25–45 by meter. For an early meeting, a pre-booked transfer with a meet-and-greet driver is the most reliable — no queue, no surge, and a fixed price agreed in advance.
