Tell us what has changed at Changi — or ask about a terminal, a route, or working together.
This site is written for the traveller who has to reach a Singapore address from Changi, or get back to a gate at T1, T2, T3 or T4, and wants the fare and the timing settled before landing. It is a small editorial project rather than a company with a call centre: the address below reaches the people who actually write the pages, and one of us reads every message. The sections that follow set out what we can help with and what we genuinely cannot — the short version is that we can correct anything we have published and answer questions about getting between the airport and the city, but we cannot touch a booking, because we neither sell tickets nor run a single bus.
What we can help with
Feedback on the site, or a correction to a fare, journey time, station or route you've spotted.
General questions about getting from Changi Airport into Singapore by MRT, public bus, taxi, Grab or private transfer.
Content, media, licensing or partnership enquiries.
Suggestions for a route, neighbourhood or guide you'd like us to add next.
What we can't help with
We don't operate any transport and we don't sell tickets, so we can't make, change, cancel or refund a booking, and we can't check you in or track a specific flight.
Private transfers are booked through our partner GetTransfer — manage an existing booking, payment or refund directly with them.
For MRT and public-bus fares, timings or lost property, contact the operator: the Land Transport Authority, SMRT or SBS Transit. Taxi complaints go to the taxi company or the LTA.
For flights, baggage, check-in, immigration or facilities inside the airport, contact your airline or Changi Airport Group.
Corrections and accuracy
We work hard to keep every fare, journey time and timetable on the site accurate, and we label figures as indicative because operators change them without much notice.
If you travelled recently and something we published was out of date or wrong, please tell us what you found and, where you can, which page it was on — a quick note helps us fix it for the next traveller, and corrections are the messages we act on fastest.
Our independence
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of Changi Airport, Changi Airport Group, the Land Transport Authority, or any transport operator or airline.
We do accept partnership and advertising enquiries, but sponsored placements never change the transport advice we give — our comparisons are based on price, time and convenience, not on who pays.
Response times and languages
We're a small editorial team and read every message. We usually reply within a few business days; corrections to published fares or timetables are prioritised.
The site is published in 16 languages, but our inbox is handled in English — writing to us in English where you can helps us reply faster.
